Move Oppo to a more stable platform.

Kinja has had at least one thing wrong with it constantly for at least a year.

List of problems that I have constantly:

1. Text/Pictures never synchronize correctly.

2. Text gets eaten by pictures ever so often.

3. Unsharing comments doesn’t work anymore.

4. You can’t edit comments after 15 minutes??!?!?!?!?!?

5. Whatever’s going on right now with pictures.

6. That little issue from a couple days ago, (Cough cough “post save failed” is a lie.)

7. Mobile sucks. Still. Always. Won’t stop sucking. Gawker media is valued at $300 million, pls fix mobile at least.

8. Doesn’t render correctly in certain browsers/versions of browsers.

9. Scheduled posts don’t ever work right for me. (I’m not the only one on this.)

10. Sometimes, when writing a reply, whenever I type one letter, one goes out of the sentence also.

11. If I want to post a picture directly from my PC, I have to click on the picture about 20 times to get it to actually go into the post/comment.

12. The amount of stars shown that a post/comment gets is rarely correct.

So yeah. There’s more than that, give me your Kinja errors. Below are all of the issues I’ve had in the past also.

On mobile also. If you select a word and replace it, sometimes it jumps around to another place in your text.

Or they could actually test this shit before putting in production. I know it’s a radical idea, but maybe it’s time has come. I can hear the conversation now,

“Hey, it’s 8:00 in New York so everybody should be out and now would be a good time to release this”

“But we haven’t tested it yet”

“No matter, it should work and nobody is on here after work hours anyway”

“It’s only 5:00 on the West Coast”

“Fuck off and do as I say”

That too, beta testing on all OS platforms and browsers or something would be much more beneficial than using us as crash test dummies.

It split about 3 years ago (jeeeez, it’s been that long since kinja came into our lives). I’m trying to get a link but mobile Google + is being weird on my phone, and there really is no ‘page’; that’s not how Google+ works. You can google the oppo+ page, then get someone to share the Oppo circle with you
